Appointment Policies

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or appointment changes require 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

Deposits are refundable or transferable only if the change is made before the 48-hour window.

Refunds and Redo Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are issued on services, retail products, or hair extensions.

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact My Lack of Moon Hair within three business days.

One complimentary revision will be offered to achieve the original goal discussed at the appointment. Any requests outside the original scope will require a new service at full price.

Appointments Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A 15-minute grace period is offered. After 15 minutes, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled based on timing and availability.

Arrivals 30 minutes late or more will be marked as no shows and charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Guest Policy

Please come alone to your appointment unless the additional person has their own scheduled service.

New moms may bring babies under six months old if needed, but must provide 24 hours’ notice.

If you require a caretaker present for your child, please communicate this at the time of booking.

Policy Acknowledgment

Effective April 1, 2025, all clients are required to sign a waiver acknowledging and agreeing to all salon policies.
